Coach Staddon's class is for you!
Ages 10+
Our advanced stream of parkour takes skills and challenges to the next level. Branching off of our obstacle course and skill training from our main stream parkour classes, this advanced program focusses on further conditioning as well as Speed, Skill, and Style forms of parkour.
These athletes will participate in parkour jams in house, as well as have the option to join in meet ups and other parkour jams throughout BC.
Commitment of at least 2 days/week is required
Classes will run:
Monday 6:15-8:15
Tuesday 6:15-8:15
Wednesday 6:15-8:15
Thursday 6:15-8:15

Come train with our Coaches own adult parkour team during open gym.
