Family Gym Drop In

Family Gym Drop In is a bare foot environment designed for children from walking to 6 years old. Additional areas are open on Saturday mornings for older siblings to explore and have fun too.

 

The focus is on Fun, Fitness and Fundamentals. Your child will develop balance, coordination, body awareness and gross motor skills through physical activity and play. It is an opportunity to interact with other children while still having the security of a parent close by.

This is an open play concept where coaches are present but it's up to the athletes what equipment they interact with

Due to Gymnastics BC Regulations we require children under 3 years

old have a parent within arms reach at all times.

1 Parent to 1 child under 3 years old.

Family Drop In -

Fall/ Winter Hours:

$5 / child (12 months +)

Ages 0-12. Parents Free.

​First Time Drop In is $16 for Registration and $4 for admittance

Fall Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday 8:30am - 10:30am

Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am
