River City Parkour (Levels 1-12) classes are designed to foster skill development and physical growth in kids ages 6-teen through intentional parkour training, now enhanced with our new parkour band system.

As students progress through the program, they will earn colored bands that unlock new skills and access to different areas of the gym. Beginners will focus on enhancing strength, balance, and body awareness by practicing fundamental parkour movements. Each new band will introduce more advanced techniques, encouraging students to push their limits and explore new challenges.

As they advance, students will transition from soft obstacles to mastering technical parkour movements on harder surfaces. Those who excel in vault techniques will gain the opportunity to unlock complex skills, including bar techniques.
​
The curriculum emphasizes key parkour techniques such as jumping, landing, rolling, vaulting, climbing, and safe falling, all tailored to align with the band progression system.
Instruction is provided by internationally certified parkour and free running coaches accredited through the World Free running Parkour Federation.
